Nelson Community Wellness Alliance Inc is a nonprofit organization founded in 2019 and based in Nelson County, Virginia. Our mission is to promote the health and wellness of Nelson County residents through community collaboration, education, and direct services.
We work to address health disparities by building partnerships with local healthcare providers, government agencies, businesses, and other nonprofit organizations. Our approach focuses on creating sustainable solutions that meet the unique needs of our community.

Our flagship program is a nonprofit mail-order pharmacy providing affordable prescription medications to uninsured and underinsured residents. We work with pharmacy benefit managers and pharmaceutical manufacturers to lower costs and save community members money.
Through strategic partnerships and efficient operations, we're able to provide medications at significantly reduced prices, ensuring that financial constraints don't prevent anyone in our community from accessing necessary treatments.
